Nashville Lifestyles: Greenery Co. Opens in Hillsboro Village

Fast-casual restaurant Greenery Co. will begin its first of two phases of opening on Tuesday, December 8.

Located at 1705 21st Ave. South, the new eatery's first phase of opening will just include online ordering for take-out, while phase two and dine-in service will begin on Monday, January 4, 2021. 

Founded by sisters and co-owners Caroline Gaston and Whitney Abblitt, Greenery Co. will offer quick, no-fuss healthy meals to the Hillsboro Village neighborhood and beyond. The sisters, both Vanderbilt University graduates who are passionate about the Nashville culinary scene, are committed to offering diners a nutritious, tasty, and accessible option that can be enjoyed either on the go or in a warm and inviting environment. 

During the initial phase of opening, guests will be able to pick up their online orders curbside or by entering the restaurant through the front door to access the pick-up area. Greenery Co. will also offer free delivery to designated drop sites within Vanderbilt University Medical Center for area medical professionals. 

“We are excited to bring fresh, delicious, and balanced food to Hillsboro Village and those in Nashville,” says Gaston. “We want to take care of our neighbors and contribute in a way that allows those working at the hospital to easily access and enjoy meals that are nourishing and satisfying."

The Greenery Co. menu, developed by culinary consultant Chef Barclay Stratton, features a thoughtful selection of nutritious and locally-sourced salads, bowls, and snacks, as well as a variety of nonalcoholic drinks. Standout menu items include the Music City Med Bowl, the Tennessee Thai Salad, the Greenery Chopped Salad, and The Southern Cobb Salad. Guests will also have the option to create their own salad by choosing up to two bases, four toppings, two dressings, and an array of other options.
